Steam Haus Cafe Maylands

Dog Friendly Cafe * Open Daily * Breakfast and Lunch

Head to Steam Haus Cafe Maylands and enjoy dining with your dog on the rustic back verandah. Just follow Roxy Lane off NinthAvenue to the back of the cafe and make yourself comfortable.

When you walk down the back lane just look for the verandah and back door pictured below.  If the door is shut just open the door and head in, or if you are solo with your dog, pop your head in and ask someone to bring you out a menu.

If you happen to be dining without your dog, there are also several cosy dining areas or a bright dining area at the front looking onto the busy Whatley Crescent. Here you can view a range of delicious treats in the display cabinet too or grab a magazine to read.

If you have kids they also have a great kids play corner in one of the dining rooms and high chairs are available also.

I enjoyed some fruit toast and a mocha back out on the verandah. It was sunny when we arrived, and a sun shower came over while we were dining but the verandah is well protected from  light to medium rain so it's a good place to dine when rain is threatening. The menu features and all day section with lots of breakast/brunch items, and there is an after 11am menu with more lunch type choices.

Arrow enjoyed some chill time on the cane lounge as we watched the sun come out and the rain come down

Steam Haus Cafe Maylands is a fantastic place to dine with your dog. They are open daily and love having furry visitors so you and your dog are sure to receive a warm reception.
