Cafe Elixr Wanneroo loves having furry visitors and is a wonderful place to dine with your dog in the covered dog friendly dining area. Your dog can take their pick from the Pamper Your Pooch Menu and enjoy a bite to eat and a puppachino while you dine and relax too.
As soon as we arrived one of the staff noticed I was on my own with my dog and came and took my order at the table (it's usually counter service for ordering). They are super dog friendly as you can tell by the reception from staff, the water bowls at the front and the awesome Pamper Your Pooch Menu.
I ordered Arrow an a sausage, bacon rasher, grilled chicken tender and dog biscuits from the Pamper Your Pooch menu. There are also Schmako's on the menu and I also ordered him a Puppachino. Items on the Pamper Your Pooch menu range from 50c to $2 (one bone on the menu = $1).
I had the Acai Bowl which was delicious, however Cafe Elixr is better known for the amazing desserts, so whether you want to endulge in a treat or something healthier, Cafe Elixr have you covered.
There's plenty to choose from on the menu with breakfast and lunch items served until 4pm daily and an extensive drinks menu too that includes beer, wine, sparkling, ciders and cocktails.
After Arrow polished off his food his puppachino came out. I didn't think he'd have any room for it but he lapped it up with no trouble and licked that bowl clean.
When it was time to go a lovely staff member sat with Arrow so I could go in and pay. If you are dining alone with your dog the staff are more than happy to help you order and pay.
If you fancy a little off the lead exercise before or after you dine - check out the Edgar Griffiths Dog Park Wanneroo. You may also like to order a grazing box to enjoy at the park at one of the picnic shelters (you just need to give Cafe Elixr one hours notice when ordering over the phone)
There are only a handful of cafes in Perth that have a dog menu and Cafe Elixr is one of the best and looks forward to welcoming you and your dog (or other pet) to dine with them,
